October 1 New STAR Exemption Applications accepted
   
January 2 - March 1 New and renewal applications for all exemptions accepted
   
Fourth Tuesday in May Board of Assessment Review
  4:00 - 8:00 PM by appointment
July 1st Final Assessment Roll
  The book containing assessments of all properties in town, which generate school, town and county bills is made available for public inspection.

Note: It is not neccessary to renew Basic STAR unless you have moved. Seniors must renew STAR annually. Any Exemption recipient that requires a renewal is mailed the necessary renewal forms in January.

      • Property cards contain inventory of each parcel for review.
