To all residents of the Town of Hamlin: The Agricultural/Open burning ban has been extended until May 21, 2015.  Please see Building Inspector for burn permit after that date. 

Here you will find meeting information for the Support Boards. Included in this information are the Town of Hamlin's requirements which must be completed in full prior to addition to the agenda for the Hamlin Planning Board. There are no exceptions for the subdivision process or site plan approvals. Also, you will find the cut-offs for the additions to the agendas for the Zoning Board of Appeals and the Conservation Board.

Subdivisions and site plan approvals require the following: the application for the Town of Hamlin, Monroe County referral forms, agricultural data statements and full environmental assessment forms (SEQR). These can be obtained from the Clerk to the Support Boards.
