The Finance/Personnel Office is responsible for the management of the Town of Hamlin's finances. Primary functions of our office include, but are not limited to, cash management, debt administration, financial reporting and analysis, budget preparation and monitoring, purchasing, accounts payable, fixed asset/inventory tracking, accounts receivable and payment collection. The Accounting Department also includes Human Resources, defined on the Human Resources tab under Town Departments.
