Public Hearing – Local Law #4-2022

PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Hamlin will hold and conduct a public hearing to consider the enactment of Introductory Local Law #-2022 which public hearing will be held and conducted at the Hamlin Town Hall, 1658 Lake Road, Hamlin, New York 14464 on the 30 day of November, 2022 at 6:00 pm. and at which hearing all interested persons shall be heard concerning the subject matter thereof.
The proposed Local Law proposes to rescind Local Law No. 4 of 2017, said law amended section § 442-3 of the Hamlin Town Code which allowed for income to be offset by all medical and prescription drug expenses actually paid which were not reimbursed or paid for by insurance. A full and complete text of such proposed Local Law is presently on file in the Town Clerk’s Office where it may be examined by all interested persons during normal business hours.
