Introductory Law # 6 – 2023
A local law proposed to revise Chapter 220 Building Code Administration and Enforcement of the Code of the Town of Hamlin
PLEASE TAKE NOTICE that the Town Board of the Town of Hamlin shall hold and conduct a public hearing on Introductory Local Law # 6 – 2023 which Local Law proposed to revise Chapter 220 Building Code Administration and Enforcement of the Code of the Town of Hamlin.
Such public hearing will be held and conducted at the Hamlin Town Hall, 1658 Lake Road, Hamlin, New York on the 10th day of July, 2023, at 6:00 p.m. and at which hearing all interested persons shall be heard concerning the subject matter thereof.
The Local Law proposes torevise Chapter 220 Building Code Administration and Enforcement of the Code of the Town of Hamlin.
A complete text of such Local Law is presently on file in the office of the Town Clerk where it may be examined by all interested persons during normal business hours.
