Planning Board

Town of Hamlin Planning Board information is as follows:

  • Deadline for agenda items (provided all information is in order) is the third Tuesday of the month at NOON. The deadline for agenda items in months of 5 weeks may be the 4th Tuesday of the month at 12 noon.
  • Town of Hamlin Fees
  • Planning Board Application
  • Maps must have engineer’s signature and fees paid in full prior to signatures for the appropriate Town Officials (Chairman, Highway Superintendent, Building Inspector, Fire Marshal, Attorney etc.).
  • Meetings are the 1st Monday of the month (unless noted otherwise) and begin at 7:00 PM. Starting September 2017.
